Prices
Every price includes tax and free artwork. There are no hidden fees. Shout-out prices are set. Business campaign prices start at the amounts shown and vary by city, so an agent confirms your final price before you pay.

Please read: play counts are estimates, not a guaranteed schedule. Your ad plays in rotation and can finish before your slot ends, so it does not use the whole slot. For example, a 15-minute slot that starts at 12:00 p.m. may begin playing at 12:03 and play 10 to 15 times by 12:13. A 1-hour slot that starts at 12:00 p.m. may begin at 12:01 and finish its 40 to 50 plays by 12:40. Plays are not spaced evenly across the slot, and once your ad has played its times it does not play again. Please be at the board at the start of your slot.
Your ad plays in rotation. A digital billboard shows ads from many advertisers in turn. Your shout-out or smaller package plays alongside other ads, including long-term campaigns from large national brands that pay thousands of dollars to run on a set schedule. Shout-outs and smaller packages are priced and scheduled differently, so please do not compare how often, how long or where your ad plays with other ads on the same board.

How it works
- Choose a city or enter your ZIP code, pick a tier and a length, and send your ad. If you have no artwork, we design it free.
- An agent confirms availability and your final price.
- Once your invoice is paid, your billboard is approved within 72 hours. Same-day approval is sometimes possible, depending on availability and whether the billboard's location accepts it.
- Your ad runs. Ask your account manager if you have questions.
Every campaign comes with a live billboard account manager. Website requests are followed up within one hour during business hours.
Files: JPEG or PNG images, and MP4 video where the board allows it.
Payment: credit card, debit card, Afterpay, Klarna, Cash App through your invoice, ACH and international bank transfers. We also accept crypto. Speak with your agent to arrange it.
Proof of performance
We send proof of performance showing how your billboard played, including the day and time it actually played. Photos can also be provided when an E&J billboard agent is available in the area.
Change and refund policy
- If a billboard is not running or has a technical issue, we reschedule, switch you to another board, or refund you.
- Once an invoice is paid and approved artwork is scheduled to run, the booking is not refundable.
- Business clients can reschedule. Shout-outs cannot be rescheduled.
- Shout-out customers can change their artwork one time.
