Billboard Refund, Change and Cancellation Policy
If a billboard is not running or has a technical issue, E&J Billboards reschedules your ad, switches you to another board, or refunds you. Once an invoice is paid and your approved artwork is scheduled to run, the booking is not refundable. Business clients can reschedule. Shout-outs cannot be rescheduled, and shout-out customers can change their artwork one time.

What counts as a billboard problem
If your ad is not playing or the board has a technical issue, tell us right away. Email tech@eandjbillboards.com for a billboard that is not running properly, or call (888) 999-3241. E&J will reschedule your ad, move you to another board, or refund you.
Cancellations
Once your invoice is paid and approved artwork is scheduled to run, the booking is not refundable. Please confirm your city, dates and artwork before you approve.
