Who we are
E&J Billboards LP is a billboard advertising agency. We arrange advertising on billboards owned and operated by third-party media companies.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown are starting prices and depend on market, format and dates. Your final price is confirmed before you pay.
Booking and approval
- A campaign is booked when you pay and we confirm in writing.
- Artwork and messages must be approved by the billboard owner. Approval typically takes up to 72 business hours.
- We do not run content that is illegal, misleading or against the owner's standards.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the rights to everything in your ad, including images, names and music, and that your claims are truthful.
Changes, cancellations and refunds

Proof of performance
We provide photo or screen proof of your ad running. Display schedules are set by the billboard owner and may shift for weather, maintenance or other events outside our control. We will tell you and offer a fair make-good.
No guarantee of results
Advertising results vary. We do not guarantee sales, traffic or views.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected campaign.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
